SLINKY SPINE

This 1.5 hour workshop focus on all things back and spine and includes: 
- Effective warm-up technique
- How to use your legs when back-bending
- The connection between the shoulders and the upper back
- Alarm bells, or "when we should or should not bend our back today"

LEGS FOR DAYS

Long or short, strong or bendy, we'll talk about how to use achieve both the front and middle splits. Workshop includes: 
- Effective warm-up technique 
- Common tight muscles and joints
- Active vs. passive stretching and open vs. closed hips
- The magic of PNF stretching

TRICKY TRICKS

Is there a contortion trick you'd like to work on? Want to train chin-stands, needle-scales, or have a pole/aerial/floor trick skill is eluding you? Let's work together to understand the flexibility and strength required to reach those giant goals of yours! 

This workshop is uniquely tailored to participants' goals, which is my absolute FAVORITE way to teach!

INJURY PREVENTION FOR POLE DANCERS AND AERIALISTS

This grounded workshop doesn't sound sexy, but it's so important! In this workshop, we will work our way from the head down, learning exercises to integrate into our regular practice. Let's do all we can to keep all of our joints and muscles happy and healthy as we can keep smashing those pole and aerial goals!
